[US] Paychex launches AI-powered recruiting platform

The HR, payroll, and benefits management solutions provider Paychex Inc. has announced the launch of WISE Hire, an AI-powered recruiting platform designed to help businesses find and hire candidates faster, Investing.com reports.

The solution unites automated candidate sourcing, recruiting workflow automation, and hiring coaching. 

WISE Hire is reportedly available as a standalone product or integrated within Paychex’s HCM platforms, including SurePayroll, Paychex Flex, and Paycor.

According to Paychex, the new platform automates tasks such as sourcing, screening, coordination, and scheduling while maintaining human oversight of hiring decisions. WISE Hire accesses candidate channels including Google for Jobs, Meta’s local jobs marketplace, and ChatGPT to enhance sourcing capabilities.

Ryan Bergstrom - Chief Product and Technology Officer at Paychex - said, "Paychex research consistently shows attracting and recruiting talent is one of the most significant challenges a business faces."

In a media statement, Paychex said that business leaders spend more than one-third of their time on administrative hiring tasks.

WISE Hire reportedly operates through WISE, Paychex’s AI engine that spans its HCM platforms. The platform includes candidate-matching technology and access to hiring coaches, combining automation with human expertise.
