The India-based global payroll software provider Ramco Systems Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, has partnered with Altron.
Altron is a South African technology group operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia through Altron Middle East Technologies LLC and Altron Alarabia Company Limited. Under the partnership agreement, Altron will offer Ramco Payce to its enterprise customers.
Altron will reportedly manage implementation, front-line support and commercial terms, while Ramco provides the software, secure cloud hosting and advanced technical support. According to the partners, this combination will offer customers a streamlined engagement model, faster on-the-ground support and enterprise-grade payroll technology backed by Ramco’s product expertise, with data residency options in Saudi Arabia to meet local compliance requirements.
Craig Cocker - Managing Director, Altron Middle East & Altron Alarabia - said, “Payroll is where workforce data becomes money in people's accounts, so it has to be accurate and compliant every cycle, whether that's WPS in the UAE or GOSI and Mudad in Saudi Arabia. Altron already helps enterprises across the region manage their workforce, from scheduling and attendance to leave and labour costs. Adding Ramco Payce lets us carry that through to payroll, giving customers one accountable local partner, teams on the ground in Dubai and Riyadh, and Saudi data residency for those who need it.”
Sandesh Bilagi - Chief Executive Officer, Ramco Systems - said, “Getting pay right, every time, is fundamental to the trust between an organisation and its people. That is why we pair Ramco’s product depth with partners who are close to our customers. Altron brings that closeness to enterprises across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, combining the reliability of a global payroll platform with the responsiveness of a local team.”
Rohit Mathur - Executive VP & SBU Head, Global Payroll & HR, Ramco Systems - said, “Payroll regulations in the Gulf continue to evolve, and each change should be absorbed into the pay cycle rather than turned into a separate IT exercise. Ramco Payce is built to do that, and with Altron’s local expertise, companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are better placed to stay ahead of what comes next.”
