[Global] Asure launches Enterprise Payroll Tax and Treasury Solutions on AWS Marketplace
25 Aug 2026

Payroll and HR solutions provider Asure Software has announced a co-selling initiative for its Enterprise Payroll Tax and Treasury solutions within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace, Fintech Finance News reports.

The AWS Marketplace is a digital catalogue featuring thousands of software listings from independent vendors.

This strategic move will reportedly allow Asure to actively co-sell its specialised financial infrastructure to AWS’s base of 330,000 enterprise customers. The initiative targets large employers, payroll service providers, and HR platforms that require robust systems to manage the high-stakes compliance and financial flows inherent in payroll tax operations.

The Enterprise Payroll Tax and Treasury segment currently accounts for nearly 20 per cent of Asure’s total revenues. By joining the AWS Marketplace, the company says it intends to transform this business unit from a direct-sales model into a high-scale distribution play.

The platform enables customers to discover, procure, and deploy Asure’s solutions using their existing AWS billing relationships, significantly reducing the friction typically associated with enterprise software acquisition.

Asure is reportedly collaborating with Labra.io - an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner - to facilitate this transition. Labra’s SmartGTM platform is being utilised to manage the technical and operational aspects of the Marketplace presence, including private offers, transaction management, and co-sell synchronisation. Through this partnership, the company hopes to minimise the internal engineering resources it needs to maintain its cloud go-to-market strategy while maximising the visibility of its tax and treasury tools.

Pat Goepel - Chairman and CEO of Asure - said, "Actively co-selling our Enterprise Payroll Tax and Treasury solutions into 330,000 AWS Marketplace enterprise customers dramatically expands who we can efficiently reach and serve. Tax already represents nearly 20% of Asure’s revenue. By combining Asure’s deep enterprise tax and treasury expertise serving some of the world’s greatest brands with the reach and procurement advantages of AWS Marketplace, we create an important new avenue for immediate and long-term growth.

“The compelling part of this opportunity is combining our fast-growing tax business with a fundamentally larger distribution channel - taking capabilities we’ve spent years developing and giving a much broader set of enterprise customers a faster, more economical way to access our Tax and Treasury solutions. We believe that can meaningfully accelerate the growth of this business."
