XTM Inc. - a Miami and Toronto-based payment innovations Fintech - has announced that it has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of QRails, Inc., Yahoo reports.
QRails is the first vertically integrated provider of fully certified Earned Wage Access (EWA), AnyDay™.
The company was reportedly white-labelled by leading Human Capital Management and Payroll organisations and provides EWA to Fortune 100 companies’ employees.
XTM and QRails began working together following the signing of their Letter of Intent in May 2023, partnering on the planning and execution of resource, overhead and technology licensing efficiencies.
In addition, XTM has reportedly announced a recruitment and retention-based employee equity plan for QRails, XTM employees and executives.
