[Global] Vistra launches partnership with G-P to bridge EOR and entity-based expansion
06 Mar 2026

The global business services provider Vistra has announced a strategic partnership with G-P (Globalization Partners) to simplify and accelerate international growth for mid-sized companies by bridging employer of record (EOR) and entity-based expansion.

The partnership simplifies global expansion by providing a single, seamless path from early-stage hiring using G-P's global employment platform and AI-powered EOR and Contractor products to permanent entity setup through Vistra, without the need to change providers.

This partnership comes at a time when trends in cross-border workforce mobility are accelerating. The recent Vistra Payroll Report 2026 found that, on average, a third (32 per cent) of respondents’ workforces are paid across borders, rising to 41 per cent for large firms, with mobility expected to increase further.

More than two-thirds (69 per cent) of firms reportedly plan to expand cross-border hiring over the next 12 months. This trend is very prominent in the US, where 38 per cent of leaders stated that employee mobility affects payroll processes most, with 76 per cent expecting to expand cross-border hiring.

“Each company’s expansion journey is unique,” Curtis Holmes - Executive Vice President at Vistra - said. “Partnering with G-P allows us to support clients from their first overseas hire through to fully established operations. Vistra’s expertise in global payroll, local entity setup, tax compliance, and operational management, combined with G-P’s innovative AI-powered global employment solutions, helps organisations move faster, operate compliantly, and capitalise on global opportunities through a unified customer experience.

"The single contract approach shortens procurement and contractual lifecycles, and clients can easily transition from early-stage contractors to compliant legal entities without the disruption of changing providers or re-onboarding talent.”

“Many companies want to expand internationally without committing to permanent structures too early,” Lori McNally - Senior Vice President, Partners, G-P - said. “Together with Vistra, we’re helping turn that ambition into action. This partnership gives organisations a clear, low-friction way to hire, onboard and manage talent quickly and compliantly today, with the flexibility to scale into long-term operations when the time is right.”
