Prime Americas and Veritas Prime UKI announced this week that they have ‘consciously uncoupled’ and introduced new branding for Veritas Prime UKI: EX3.
In a statement announcing the change, EX3 said, “This next chapter reflects a bold evolution. One built on everything we’ve accomplished together - and everything still to come.”
Why EX3?
According to EX3, the name “captures the spirit of the client journey and the activities of the company: Envision. Execute. Excel.”
It said, “Want to see more and get a feel for the new brand, WeAreEX3.com. The full launch is coming soon - keep your eyes peeled for more.
“With our new name, logo, and refreshed brand values, we’re doubling down on what matters most:
-
Continuing our rapid ascent as a leading SAP SuccessFactors reseller and implementation partner.
-
Deepening our investment in the SAP Business Suite.
-
Expanding our global footprint across EMEA and building on strong momentum in APAC.
“And while the brand is changing, here’s what’s not:
-
No change in terms of our existing partnership or contractual obligations. Our legal entity, contracts and the terms of our relationship will remain unchanged.
-
No disruption. Your partnership remains just as important to us as ever, and we remain fully committed to supporting you with the same level of service and expertise you have come to expect.”
In its statement, EX3 said, “This is the start of something exciting and we ask for your patience over the coming months, as we see this exciting transition unfold, together. We can’t wait to take this next step with you.
“Want to find out more or understand what this means for you and our customers? We are here for you and happy to chat anytime.
“Our mission is your vision. Let’s build it - together.”
You can contact the EX3 Team for further support here.
Veritas Prime Americas will continue to operate under the same name. EX3 said, “While we take different paths, our mutual respect remains, and we’ll continue to cheer each other on from across the globe and partner together where it makes sense.”
