Strada has announced the appointment of Matt Bolson as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Mr Bolson has more than 28 years of experience in HCM, with a strong focus on global and multinational payroll, workforce management, and services. He has built and led high-performing teams, developed trusted partnerships, and driven sustained growth; qualities which Strada says align with its values and commitment to anticipating and meeting customer needs.
As CRO, Mr Bolson will reportedly oversee Strada’s global go-to-market organisation, spanning Sales, Solutioning, Commercial Strategy, and Marketing. He will play a central role in accelerating the company’s next phase of growth, harnessing AI and driving innovation, setting the stage for more transformative developments still to come.
