[Global] Acrisure completes acquisition of Heartland Payroll Solutions

The global fintech company Acrisure has announced the closing of its acquisition of US payroll and HCM provider Heartland Payroll Solutions from Global Payments, Inc. for $1.1 billion. 

The acquisition brings Heartland Payroll’s 50,000 clients under the Acrisure umbrella and significantly expands its current payroll and HCM capabilities.
