[UK and Ireland] Zellis set to acquire elementsuite

The payroll and HR software provider Zellis has announced a definitive agreement to acquire elementsuite, an AI-enabled HR software company, Crowdfund Insider reports.

As part of the transaction, Zellis and elementsuite will become one company, uniting elementsuite’s AI-enabled HR and WFM suite with Zellis’ payroll and HR platform.

The offering will reportedly provide Zellis’ clients with additional HR functionality and allow elementsuite’s clients  to access Zellis’ payroll technology; giving customers of both firms the benefit of a full HR and payroll suite.”

This acquisition will broaden Zellis’ AI capabilities and extend them across a full HR suite.

Abigail Vaughan - CEO of the Zellis business unit - said, “We’re excited by the opportunity that this combination brings for new and existing customers of both elementsuite and Zellis. Bringing together the depth of talent across both businesses and combining the strength of elementsuite’s HR and AI capabilities with Zellis’ payroll, HR, and AI capabilities will deliver even more value to our combined customers.”

Steve Elcock - CEO/Founder of elementsuite - said, “We are incredibly proud of the AI-enabled HR suite we have developed in recent years and, with the support of Zellis, are looking forward to bringing the benefits of our technology to more businesses. The transaction is reportedly subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
