[Sweden] European airline first to implement Zalaris’ SuccessFactors EC Payroll

Payroll and HR services provider Zalaris has announced the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll for a Europe-based airline; the first time SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll has been implemented in Sweden, MarketScreener reports.

Zalaris said it is honoured to be chosen to implement and support SAP's cloud-based payroll for a leading European airline, adding that the integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central to their HR solution simplifies the process and drives efficiency by automating the process from end-to-end, removing the need for manual intervention.

A statement from Zalaris said, “Our customer needed to migrate multiple European payroll systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, one of these countries being Sweden, to enable them to bring their payroll operations in-house. The deployment in Sweden was implemented on time and within budget for over 220 employees.

“This streamlined processes, gave real-time access to the latest employee data, enhanced data security, and improved efficiency and decision-making for their business. This effort complied with all legislative requirements for employers and employees in Sweden, while adhering to the company's standard terms and conditions applicable across Europe.

“We look forward to continuing working closely with our customer to implement SAP SuccessFactors in more countries and provide application management support.”
