[Greece] AADE launches updated website with new expatriate section

On February 14, the new official website of Greece’s tax service the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) went into operation, Tornos News reports.

The new website follows the updated visual identity of AADE with a focus on easy navigation, so that content is quickly accessible, according to ANA reporting.

The new central menu is reportedly divided into thematic categories, with a focus on serving citizens and businesses, updating them on developments in legislation, customs offices, the General Chemical State Laboratory and international issues, as well as monitoring the work of AADE.

A dedicated section for Expatriates and Residents Abroad has been created on the new AADE website, making it a key hub for information on tax and customs matters. The digital services of the my AADE portal are available on the home page of the new website through a friendly interface and a new search feature.

Features of the redesigned official website reportedly include:

• Modern and user-friendly design for easier navigation
• Bilingual content (Greek and English)
• Continuous updating with highlighting of important updates and distinct reference to key deadlines.
