Zalaris, Payroll and HR solutions provider Zalaris has announced its official collaboration with GALERIA S.à r.l. & Co. KG, Germany's largest department store chain, Cision reports.
Under the partnership, Zalaris will take full responsibility for payroll and other administrative HR tasks for approximately 12,000 employees in Germany.
Payroll operations will reportedly be supported using GALERIA's existing systems initially then, over the next 16 months, Zalaris will gradually implement its own PeopleHub solution. In addition to payroll management, this solution includes a digital personnel file, a new travel expense accounting system, and comprehensive time management. All solutions will be tailored to the specific requirements of the retail sector.
Zalaris is also set to digitise GALERIA's entire HR processes. The introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is central to the transformation, with key features such as enhanced manager and employee services. According to Zalaris, the goal of the collaboration is to establish a fully digital HR workflow at GALERIA.
