The European HR and payroll services provider Zalaris has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Eurowings, a fully owned subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, together with its affiliated companies, to implement a centralised payroll system for Eurowings' operations across Europe, Cision reports.
The initiative will standardise payroll processes across all relevant European countries. The project aims to create a unified payroll infrastructure to simplify workflows, enhance efficiency, and lay the foundation for the future integration of a new HCM system.
Zalaris reportedly expects the rollout of the solution to take 18 months, with the system ultimately managing payroll for approximately 5,500 Eurowings employees.
“We are excited to support Eurowings on its journey to a streamlined and unified payroll structure,” Peter Martin - Managing Director of Zalaris Germany - said. “With our extensive European expertise, we’re not only enhancing operational efficiency but also contributing to the ongoing digital transformation of HR processes.”
