[EMEA] ADP launches Lyric HCM for Europe’s multinational employers
13 Oct 2026

The global cloud-based HCM solutions provider ADP has launched Lyric HCM across key European markets. The solution can now be accessed by companies headquartered in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands, IT Brief reports.

Lyric HCM combines HR, payroll and workforce management in a single system for multinational employers. It can also be deployed in other countries where those companies have subsidiaries, covering operations across 140 countries and territories.

With this launch, ADP has reportedly grown its European HCM offering, as employers navigate growing complexity in cross-border workforce rules and the increasing use of AI in workplace systems. The platform includes workforce intelligence tools, together with compliance tracking and reporting across countries.

ADP says it is targeting organisations seeking a centralised way to manage employee data and operations across several markets. Its service model combines centralised support with local implementation and in-country expertise.

The latest expansion covers four headquarters markets in the region: the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. From those bases, companies can use the platform to oversee HR, payroll and workforce administration across international operations.

The system is intended to give employers a single view of their people and operations while helping them meet local regulatory requirements in each country. In addition, organisations can use built-in compliance guidance alongside local expertise to manage changing employment rules.

ADP’s advances reportedly reflect a broader trend among business software suppliers, which are increasingly combining operational systems with AI tools and larger pools of enterprise data. In the HR sector, vendors cite such tools as a means to reduce manual processes and improve visibility for managers and executives.

According to Virginia Magliulo - Executive Vice President of Employer Services International at ADP - the launch is aimed at employers facing more difficult operating conditions across multiple jurisdictions.

"Global employers face a new level of operational complexity," Ms Magliulo said. "Managing people across countries has never been more demanding as AI changes the design and rules of work. Businesses need to move faster, and leaders need better visibility into their people and operations. ADP Lyric HCM was designed to give them the flexibility and personalised support they need to manage their workforce and grow confidently."
