[Canada] Government to provide progress update on new HR and pay solution

Public Services and Procurement Canada has announced that the government will be providing a third update on the latest progress it has made in exploring a new HR and pay solution, Canada.ca reports.

Alex Benay, Associate Deputy Minister of Public Services and Procurement Canada, and Francis Trudel, Associate Chief Human Resources Officer of the Treasury Board Secretariat will outline where things now stand with the ongoing and highly publicised payroll issues.

They will reportedly address the work underway to improve the current HR and pay operations together with ongoing efforts to standardise and simplify HR and pay practices across public services.
