Ricardo Rehkopf – Senior Director of Global Payroll: OneTrust

Ricardo Rehkopf is a global payroll leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering scalable, compliant and people‑centric payroll operations across complex international environments. He currently serves as Senior Director of Global Payroll at OneTrust, a leading AI governance platform, where he leads global payroll strategy and execution in support of a rapidly growing, highly regulated business.

Prior to OneTrust, Ricardo held senior leadership roles including Senior Director, Global Payroll at Delivery Hero, as well as Director of Global Payroll and Shared Services at Groupon, where he built and transformed payroll functions across multiple regions. Ricardo has built his career around global payroll, shaped by both deep technical expertise and first‑hand experience living and working in multiple countries. This international perspective enables him to understand payroll beyond theory —navigating local regulations, cultures and operational realities— while providing strategic leadership to modernise payroll operations and enhance their impact on the business.
