[US] Lavasource expands into North America
10 Oct 2025

Lavasource - a UK professional services firm - has expanded into North America. The HR and business transformation consultancy will operate from a new office in Delaware, as it grows its US presence, Consultancy.uk reports.

Lavasource, founded in 2021, is a firm specialising in business transformation services across HR, payroll, and technology. From its HQ in Liverpool, the firm has a number of global clients and is now responding to growing demand in the US.

To better support that demand, Lavasource’s new hub in Delaware reportedly represents a strategic investment in what the firm believes is “one of the most dynamic and innovative HR and technology markets in the world”.

“This is a natural next step in our journey,” Mark Brooks-Lewis - founder and CEO of Lavasource - said. “North America is where many of our clients are headquartered, where much of today’s technology innovation is happening and where we’re seeing the fastest growth in demand for our services. “Establishing a local presence allows us to better support our clients and partners, deepen relationships and deliver greater global impact.”

Lavasource has successfully delivered large-scale transformation projects in more than 70 countries, supporting clients across a diverse range of industries. By establishing a stronger local presence, the firm can reportedly enhance support for clients with in-region experts.
