New research has revealed that more than 1 in 2 (51 per cent) of Singapore’s organisations view AI as “important to improving payroll productivity,” MSN reports.
The findings came from a study by payroll solutions provider ADP.
Agentic AI is reportedly predicted to support HR teams in 2026 by automating onboarding steps, streamlining validation work, providing real-time managerial insights, and reducing errors in data-heavy processes.
But, according to ADP, workers don’t feel ready for an AI-driven future. Only 23 per cent of Singaporean workers surveyed expressed confidence that they have the skills needed to advance their careers.
In addition, the provider reported that 35 per cent of Singapore organisations have plans to improve payroll transparency within the next 2-3 years.
