[Germany] Integral acquires payroll and HR provider cleverlohn

In Germany, the Berlin-based AI-powered services company Integral has announced the acquisition of cleverlohn, a digital payroll and HR provider, Be Beez reports.

Integral also announced new funding from General Catalyst, Cherry Ventures and Puzzle Ventures, bringing its total funding to €12 million, following a €6.3 million raise in February. 

The company, which offers accounting, taxation, and payroll services for SMEs, reportedly intends to use the funds to continue building a strong product in close collaboration with its customers and expanding its team in Germany.
