Angela Martin, Head of GTM, Globalli
Angela Martin is Head of GTM at Globalli and a global HR and payroll systems strategist with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation and workforce initiatives. She spent 15 years at ADP, where she developed deep expertise in HR and payroll systems, and at startups including Blue Marble Payroll, iiPay, and Atlas—two of which were acquired by Paylocity and Vistra. At Atlas, her work in driving revenue contributed in securing the company’s successful $200M Series B. Angela specializes in HRIS, payroll systems, and cross-functional process design, helping organizations simplify complex operations, scale globally, and elevate HR and payroll as strategic drivers of business growth.

 

Juan Velasquez, Globalli
Juan Velasquez has a strong international background across Europe and Latin America. He holds an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering from Cardiff University and a Master’s in Management from the University of Manchester. Juan spent five years in the Netherlands working across the dynamic-glass and construction industries, holding roles as a Sales Engineer and later as a BIM Engineer. He also completed a Full-Stack Development Diploma through the Code Institute in Ireland, combining his engineering foundation with modern software development skills. After returning to Colombia, Juan launched a side business focused on custom automation and full-stack software development for SMEs. This was also the period when he joined Globalli as a Solutions Engineer, helping companies streamline global HR, payroll, and workforce operations through cutting-edge technology.
